Billing & Plan FAQ

Is a credit card required for the free trial?

No credit card is required to start the free trial. Simply create an account and begin generating reports with sample data immediately. You will only need a payment method when upgrading to Pro or Attorney.
Can I upload real case files on the free plan?

The free plan is limited to sample data only. This lets you evaluate the report structure, layout, and organization features before committing. To upload your own evidence exports such as iPhone backup files, Android data, or messaging archives, you will need a Pro or Attorney plan.
What counts as a report on the Pro plan?

A report is a single processed evidence session exported as a PDF. On the Pro plan there is no monthly cap. You can generate as many reports as your caseload requires. Partial exports and re-runs do not count as separate reports.
How does billing work? Can I cancel at any time?

All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel, downgrade, or upgrade at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period with no proration charges.
Is my case data stored on your servers?

ExtractPhone is a browser-only processing platform. Your uploaded files are parsed in your browser session and are not transmitted to or stored on any external server. The generated PDF report is produced and downloaded entirely on your device.
What is included in the Attorney plan white-label option?

The white-label option removes all ExtractPhone branding from generated reports and replaces it with your firm's logo, name, and contact information. Reports appear as if produced by your own firm, ideal for client-facing deliverables and court submissions. Contact our sales team to configure branding.
