How to export data from your phone
Android: Install "SMS Backup & Restore" from Play Store, export as CSV.
WhatsApp: Open chat → More → Export Chat → Without Media → save .txt file.
Google Takeout: Visit takeout.google.com → select Messages, Contacts → export as CSV/JSON.
